Hi, I’m Annahita Yousefi, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
I support adults navigating the complexities of modern life—whether it’s the emotional demands of parenting, career transitions and burnout, or the weight of long-standing patterns and recent stressors. My work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, which fosters deep and lasting change by exploring unconscious patterns, past relational dynamics, and internal conflicts. I also use an integrative approach, drawing on a range of therapies to best support your unique needs.
I have training in Adult Attachment-Focused Therapy (SickKids Centre for Community Mental Health Learning Institute), Early Developmental Trauma (AF-EMDR) (Parnell Institute), and Trauma-Sensitive & Trauma-Informed Mindfulness Facilitation (NeuroNova Centre). I also practice under the supervision of seasoned therapists and social workers specializing in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Adlerian psychodynamic therapy, which continues to enrich my work with clients.
